DESCRIPTION:
This new Parc Dounya Town Center is located on the largest development parcel in North Africa and overlooks a large open space reserve, golf course, and the Mediterranean Sea. JRDV Architects, in conjunction with Lockard Creative, is planning a mixed-use retail center that will be the focus of the largest new development in North Africa. The project includes 1 million square feet of retail, including two department stores, a hotel, office space, and cinemas. The project is designed as a town center with pedestrian-scaled retail streets and buildings on individual parcels.
