Culver Public Market

Culver City, CA

Westside Public Market is an initiative of the City of Culver City and Regency Center that combines a traditional market hall, Trader Joe’s and parking structure. The project is influenced by the diverse and successful Bay Area market halls such as Rockridge Market Hall in Oakland, CA, the Oxbow Public Market in Napa, CA, and the Ferry Building Marketplace in San Francisco.

Market tenants will include a bakery, chocolatier, and related confections, wine, locally grown produce, special¬ty coffee, flowers, organic meats, and other high-quality products.

The project is located at the two northern corners of Washington Boulevard at Centinela Avenue and will pro¬mote pedestrian activity, provide a new destination where residents, employees, and visitors can shop and dine, and complement and protect the surrounding neighborhood.

The project is being designed to achieve LEED Silver Rating.
